Shipping policy

Your terrarium will be made to order, therefore please allow 72 hours for your order to be ready for pick up or delivery. You may contact me if you have an urgent order and I will do my best to accommodate you if I can. 

Due to the fragile nature of our terrariums, we can only deliver terrariums to the following areas; Greytown, Featherston, Carterton, Martinborough and Masterton townships on Tuesdays. (Not rural)

If you have requested delivery of your Terrarium, and are not home at the time of delivery, we will leave your order in what we deem to be a safe place. Mini Botanics will not be responsible if your order is stolen or damaged once it has been delivered to your delivery address and left in what we deem a safe place.

Pick up is available from our home studio in Featherston by appointment.

We can ship DIY Terrarium Kits and accessories to the rest of NZ by courier.

Please note:

  1. If you are sending a ready-made terrarium as a gift, we require your order, 3 days prior to the required delivery date to the recipient.
  2. Please check shipping rates for your particular area, as they differ depending on area. 
  3. If you are ordering a ready-made terrarium or terrarium and accessories, please choose a TERRARIUM shipping rate.
  4. If you are ordering DIY Kits or accessories only, please select DIY KITS/TOOLS ONLY shipping rate which will be delivered by courier post.
  5. Metro rates do not include rural delivery areas. Please select your appropriate RURAL shipping rate.
