Refund policy

Terrariums:

As terrariums are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds. All of our terrariums come with a care card. We are available for after sales advice on looking after your mini garden. We also have a maintenance service to tidy and freshen up your mini garden if required.

Plant accessories: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
